Bill Cosby's public relations team came up with an idea to make Bill Cosby relevant again in the media. Their idea was to come up with a picture and have people share memes about Bill Cosby. However, the PR plan turned sour quickly as Bill Cosby's past rape allegations came back with a vengence. In Response to allegations Bill Cosby remained silent but recently his response has been that "the allegations came up in the past and they were dealt with in court and just because they have come up again doesn't mean the allegations are true". Solange tied the knot recently to new husband and videographer Allen Ferguson. The wedding was a lavish affair where everyone who attended wore white. Highlights of the wedding was when Solange danced with her son to "No Flex Zone".

The Aaliyah movie held on Lifetime has travelled a long and troubled past. It culminated on the day that it aired. Most people would think that with all the trouble to get the movie running that it would be a success but the latter was certainly true. The movie was a horrible tribute to the beloved star Aliyah. The movie that was not supported by the music industry or by her family was terribly directed and acted. There was not even much Aliyah music present in the movie. Twitter was afire with acolades of how terrible the movie was made.
