Leadership Conferences

The Student Leadership Conference provides a peer to peer environment to foster empowerment and share and learn about leadership through peer presentations and dialogue. This is an event facilitated for students by students to provide skill building, mentoring, and leadership opportunities.

Mystery Bus

Need an exciting change to your busy schedule? Or just want a chance to get off campus for the evening? Meet new friends and explore Baltimore during Mystery Bus’s affordable, monthly trips around the Baltimore community. The destination for each outing is not revealed until we arrive, but students can read the Clever Clue (see below) to pique their interest and try to guess where each trip is going. Mystery Bus typically can accommodate a total of 40 students on each trip, depending on the location.

Rooted Here for Junior Year

Not studying abroad this semester? This program, colloquially called “Study Abroad: Baltimore” by former students, will introduce you to different locations, activities, and events in our own Charm City. While many students have paid a visit to the Inner Harbor, Baltimore has many more eclectic and interesting neighborhoods to explore. Have you ridden the water taxi to Fells Point? Taken a culinary tour of Little Italy? Been to the American Visionary Art Museum? Visited the Baltimore Museum of Industry?

Rooted Here for Junior Year will introduce you to some of the incredible opportunities for food, entertainment, culture, arts, and history here in Baltimore.

Transportation, dinner, entertainment, and a short tour of each neighborhood are included with the cost of registration.
