Climbing in the gym is tons of fun and a great workout! Find a local gym near you and get climbing. A nice pair of climbing shoes, a good harness, and a bag of chalk is all the gear you'll need to really be independant at the climbing wall. Climbs are marked off by different tape colors. By following the tape, you are completing a climb. The climbs are also rated by difficulty. Learn from the expert climbers in your gym, they usually have the best tips. Start by climbing easy and when you feel ready, go for the hard stuff. Remember climbing is an art and a sport, work hard at it and you'll be good in no time.
